Warranty Policy

All Rotavi high performance paddles come with our 6 months manufacturers warranty against defects when you receive them.

In order to qualify for warranty service, the original purchaser must furnish proof of purchase in the form of an invoice or receipt issued by Rotavi Sports. This warranty is exclusively applicable to the original purchaser of the products and is not transferable and only one-time Claim.

Abuse & Fraud Prevention

Rotavi Sports is committed to providing a fair and straightforward return experience for our customers. To protect the integrity of our policy:

● Excessive or Serial Returns: Customers who demonstrate patterns of excessive or repeated returns may have their return privileges limited or denied.

● Return Fraud: Rotavi Sports reserves the right to refuse returns if fraudulent activity is suspected, including but not limited to repeated claims of non-receipt, returns of used/damaged goods under false pretenses, or other manipulations of our return program.

● Final Discretion: Rotavi Sports reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline a return if we determine the policy is being abused.
