Return Policy

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy applicable only to the contiguous US, and does not include Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico or International countries.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. In order to qualify for a return service, the original purchaser must furnish proof of purchase in the form of an invoice or receipt issued by Rotavi Sports. This return is exclusively applicable to the original purchaser of the products and is not transferable and only one-time .

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is packaged securely. Items damaged during return transit due to inadequate packaging may be denied a refund.

● Refunds back to the original payment method may be processed once your return is inspected and approved by Rotavi. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for inspection and approval.

How to Return

1. Initiation: You need to fill out the "Contact Us" form on the website, including your order number.

2. Eligibility Verification: Once your return request is received, it takes 7 to 10 business days to verify the elgibility, Once verified and approved according to our Return Policy, you will receive detailed instructions how to return the product. A shipping label will be provided so you don’t have to pay shipping cost.

3. Refund: Once your return product is received and verified according to our Return Policy, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 30 days.

Abuse & Fraud Prevention

Rotavi Sports is committed to providing a fair and straightforward return experience for our customers. To protect the integrity of our policy:

● Excessive or Serial Returns: Customers who demonstrate patterns of excessive or repeated returns may have their return privileges limited or denied.

● Return Fraud: Rotavi Sports reserves the right to refuse returns if fraudulent activity is suspected, including but not limited to repeated claims of non-receipt, returns of used/damaged goods under false pretenses, or other manipulations of our return program.

● Final Discretion: Rotavi Sports reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline a return if we determine the policy is being abused.
